ADAPTIL® Transport Spray 60 mℓ contains 2% of Dog Appeasing Pheromone (D.A.P.) in isopropanol (alcoholic solvent).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before travelling to the vet or travelling, spray directly in the dog’s kennel or carrier inside the car, 15 minutes prior to introducing the dog.
Spray 8 to 10 pumps of ADAPTIL® Transport in the dog carrier (one spray to each of the 4 corners, 2 sprays to the floor and 2 sprays to the top of the carrier).
If the dog is transported on the back seat, spray 8 to 10 pumps to cover the area, 15 minutes prior to introducing the dog in..
ADAPTIL® Transport effect last for 4-5 hours. For long journeys, it’s recommended to renew the application, during a break when the dog is not in the car or use an ADAPTIL® Calm Collar instead.
ADAPTIL® does not prevent motion sickness. It is recommended that the dog does not eat for at least 6 hours prior to car travel to avoid nausea and vomiting. Do not limit water intake before traveling.
When used in combination with ADAPTIL® Diffuser or ADAPTIL® Collar for added support during other challenging situations (adoption, moving house, new family members, staying in a kennel, staying alone at home, fireworks, thunderstorms), ADAPTIL® Transport can be sprayed directly on the dog’s bedding, on the blanket they are used to lie on or their toys for additional comfort.
